Who can read a filing
The man whose page she filed on can read the answers and the photos. She keeps a private link. Anyone with that link can open the page. Photos are not on that shared view.
The operator can open a desk, including photos, until she deletes the filing. After she deletes it, the operator cannot open the answers or the photos. Other men cannot open his list.
What is stored
Her answers, contact details, and photos. The score. His mark and his note. A visit count on his page. She does not make an account.
When she files, he gets a notice that someone filed. That email does not include her name, her answers, or her photos. If she left an email, she gets a receipt with the rubric number and her private link. That receipt does not include the photos.
If an older filing was emailed in full before this change, that copy may already be in his inbox. The site cannot delete mail.
Removing a filing
She can delete a filing. The page emails a code to the address on the filing. After she enters it, her answers, contact details, and photos are deleted. What remains is the filing id, the time it was deleted, and the words “Applicant deleted.” He cannot read it, and the operator cannot open the answers or the photos. A legal hold is the only exception, and it is not the default. That does not erase a copy he already downloaded, forwarded, or photographed. A sample filing is different: he deletes that one himself, and it is not emailed.
Not a check
gfhr.net does not screen anyone. A filing can be lied on. The score is a rubric. It is not a recommendation, a warning, or a reason to trust someone.
THE OPERATOR DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS.
Their words
She is responsible for her answers and for every photo she uploads. He is responsible for his page, the questions he adds, and what he does with a filing, including anything he downloads or forwards. The operator did not write it and does not vouch for it. If a claim is made against the operator because of her filing or his page, that claim is theirs, except where the law does not allow it.
Meetings
Filing does not hire the operator or make the operator part of anything between them. If they meet, that is their decision. Tell someone where you are going. Meet in public. Do not send money. The operator is not responsible for what happens offline.
His form
He can hide sections, except who she is, how to reach her, and the signature. He can add up to five questions of his own. The score still uses the default rubric. Hidden sections are not scored. His extra questions are not scored.
Terms
You must be 18. A filing from anyone younger is closed and not scored. Age is what she types. The form does not verify it. The score is a rubric, not a relationship, a title, or a verdict on anyone’s worth. Filing is voluntary. Don’t file for someone else, and don’t upload a photo of anyone but yourself, or a photo you don’t have the right to share. No one under 18 appears in a photo. Data is not sold. He can hide his page. The operator can take a page down.
The site is offered as it is. It may be down, wrong, or lost. Mail may not arrive. A copy already in an inbox, a download, or a screenshot cannot be pulled back.
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect harm, and any claim against the operator is limited to what was paid for the service, which is nothing. This does not limit the operator’s own fraud, or anything else the law says cannot be limited. New Jersey law applies.
